Class Description: Push past your comfort zone with 1 minute sets of Interval training. Combining upper body, lower body and core exercise with cardiovascular intervals. This class is great for anyone who wants to get fit and into shape. Each workout has the same principles but different exercise so no one session is ever the same. There is no limit on equipment sometime we use barbells, plates, dumbbells, sometimes only bodyweight and step.
Class Benefits: Interval training is one of the best ways to increase fitness level but with fit fusion you get the added metabolic boost with the resistance exercises. Great workout for sport specific training as it has a combination of all over body strength as well as the cardio peaks but also great for someone who wants to get into shape as the combination of resistance and intervals will give your metabolism the fat burning boost. For some who doesn’t like to do a lot of sets and reps 1 minute is a great number to push you out of your comfort.
