Class Description: Target those stubborn areas of the legs, bums and abdominals with a lower body and core strengthening workout. Using a variation of exercises including lunges, squats, planks and sit ups, sometimes we like to add in some plyometric intervals to really get the legs burning. The class involves a mix of equipment such as barbells, resistance bands, steps and body weight. This class keeps you on your toes with each workout being different to the next.
